Commercial
Recent commercial work
Buildings, entrances, monument signs, landscaping, courtyards and outdoor gathering areas — lit so visitors can find their way and the property still represents the business after dark.
The brief changes
A building is not a house
On a house, lighting is mostly about how the property looks. On a commercial property it also has to work: people have to find the entrance, read the sign and understand the route from the car to the door.
So the order of work is usually different. The approach, the entrance and the identification get designed first, and the architecture and planting are built around them.
Property types
Where this work usually happens
- Office and professional buildings
- Retail and customer-facing property
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Apartment communities and mixed-use entrances
- Churches and religious campuses
- Larger campuses with several buildings and long approaches
What we do not take on is large high-voltage parking-lot and roadway pole lighting — that is a different electrical scope. Send the project details and we will say plainly which parts are ours.

The largest surface on the property, lit to the material rather than to a brightness level.
Landscape Lighting Maintenance
Two dark fixtures on a facade are visible to every visitor — commercial systems run on a schedule.

Walk the property with us
We look at the approach, the entrance and the sign the way a visitor arriving at eight in the evening sees them.
