You do not need to know what you want yet
Most people call with a problem rather than a plan: the house disappears at night, the backyard is a black wall, half the old system has stopped working.
Any of these is enough to start from:
- Highlight the architecture of the house
- Light mature trees, or add moonlighting
- Improve the front entrance, a driveway or a walkway
- Light a patio, a pool or a backyard properly
- Add smart controls or colour for holidays
- Design lighting for a commercial property
- Repair an existing system, or work out whether it is worth repairing
- Convert an older halogen system to LED

What actually happens
We read what you sent and call you. Usually a short conversation about the property and what you are trying to accomplish.
We work out the right next step. That may be a design consultation, a service visit, a repair call or an evaluation of a system that already exists.
We look at the property. For new lighting: architecture, trees, planting, outdoor spaces and viewing angles. For repair or maintenance: the system and the fault.
We tell you what we recommend — including when the answer is smaller than you expected, or when the work is not something we do.

Priority service areas are Houston, Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, River Oaks, West University, Bellaire, Spring Branch and the Energy Corridor — but the work takes us across Greater Houston, from Katy and Fulshear to The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland and Galveston.
If your community is not on the list, ask. It is usually a question of the property and the drive, not the postcode.
